This beauty is growing in my backyard! I love asparagus. Unfortunately, you have to grow it for three years before it's harvestable. This is year #2 for me. But isn't it amazing anyway? I love watching them sprout up overnight and then grow into monster asparagi.
I had no idea you had to grow it for 3 years before harvesting. I don't have that kind of patience. :)
